Tasks
Katharina Hillmann is a research trainee and her tasks include interdisciplinary collaboration on the project "A travelling exhibition in design for all: Bergen-Belsen as a crime scene". This includes the development of an accompanying programme. She is also involved in other activities in various areas of work and projects at the memorial. She studied Cultural Studies and Empirical Cultural Studies in Lüneburg and Marburg. She wrote her master's thesis on the significance of grave and memorial stones on the site of the former Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in terms of the culture of remembrance.
